“How To Count The Ways - In Foreclosure Fraud” Lessons In Debt, Credit And Home Ownership

Foreclosures are still rising and families are still walking out of their homes leaving behind possessions, memories and taking only a broken heart and spirit. The housing industry hasn’t hit bottom yet, and is expected to continue dropping for at least the next two years. All of this is not news, however, there is also a growing awareness of the bank fraudulent acts and how home owners can defend themselves. Read on to learn which resources are necessary to help stay in a foreclosed home, and with the right legal defense team can also get compensated for damages.

Forensic auditing is absolutely a must conducted by a professional third party specialist who works directly with knowledgeable mortgage fraud defense attorneys. The key is knowing what the fraudulent acts are and most importantly how to defend the home owner against them using all the governing Federal laws in place to protect the consumer. This evidence is golden to a mortgage defense attorney and to you as a victim because the Federal laws are very specific about the damages you can claim as a victim.

A forensic audit examines all the paper work that came out of your purchase and closing documents. It’s a clerical search for math errors, and it’s also a search for the strict Federal laws governing mortgage and protecting consumer rights.

Spectrum Resources has invested over five years of research in an attempt to provide education to home owners, however, like many things, there are some people who has the ability to surround all of this legal mumble jumble and those could but don’t want to. They are the “Just Fix It !” people and count for many of the clients who turn to a ‘package deal’ of services. Spectrum Resources can help with resources that make a positive difference.

The most important thing is to establish a plan and stick with it. Find out which resources offer what options. Defining priorities and setting time limits on achieving certain goals. Foreclosure is a floater, meaning many things depend upon other people’s actions and reaction, therefore a home owner has to have clear goals yet be very flexible.

Spectrum Resources offers education and options and does not get paid from trusted referrals. Recently we discovered a program that offers experienced mortgage defense attorneys, a forensic audit services supported by a team of attorneys, and a money management software to make better use of whatever money they do have.

“Trimming The Fat With Money Saving Grocery Tips” Lessons In Debt, Credit And Home Ownership

With food prices still soaring, supermarkets are offering many deals and specials to lure in food shoppers. But sometimes, these good deals can actually cause people to spend more than they would have otherwise. NOW is the time to use coupons, compare grocery store ad papers BEFORE going out, and ALWAYS make a list and stick to the list! To save money savory the following tasty treats !
Limit Four Per Person: Scarcity can have a powerful impact on shoppers. A buying restriction can tempt people to buy more than they need, which could cause items to either spoil or sit in your pantry for a long time. Tip: In the long run, when you factor in the amount of products that spoil or are eventually thrown away, you will usually be better off financially if you only buy the amount you reasonably need and can use.
End of Aisle or Freestanding Displays: Often the "specials" displayed on the end caps of each aisle or on an island display aren't really the best deals that the store currently offers. These displays may also lead to impulse buys that you weren't intending to make. For instance, a display with graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows could make you think, "I'll make s'mores for dessert." Tip: While the location of these items is convenient, especially during busy shopping hours, you should only buy these items if they really are good deals.
Buy One, Get One Free: While these deals can make you feel like you are getting something for half price, if the cost is more than that of a similar item...or if you don't need a large quantity...than this may be one special worth passing on. Tip: Ask the manager if you can buy one item for half the price instead of buy one get one free. While stores don't always advertise this alternative, they often allow it.
Pre-Sliced Produce: While pre-sliced produce can feel like an easy choice, it can cost twice as much as whole produce, and can spoil faster than whole produce. Tip: Pay extra for prepared meals and produce only if the time and effort they save you is significant and really worth it.
Don’t Eat What You Like – Eat What Is In Season and On Sale: Be different, and try new foods which are in season or on sale. Ask your grocery manager for his calendar of dates he normally runs his specials, and ask to meat the butcher to ask his advice for seasonal savings. For more great grocery shopping tips, visit www.supermarketguru.com. Stretch your imagination and your pantry by buying new foods, experience new taste, and new saving techniques.

“OPTIONS = Key To Making Changes !” Lessons In Credit, Debt, And Home Ownership

You know the word ‘OPTIONS’ is just another word for change, and you also know the more options you have the easier it is to make good qualified decisions which create better outcomes in the changes that occur. But as a credit risk assessment planner, I see people appear to concentrate more on their problem than searching for options that bring positive solutions. Following are some options you may want to consider.

The name Spectrum Resources by design is to deliver to people seeking financial self- sufficiency a ‘SPRECTRUM’ (variety) of ‘RESOURCES’ (services-people-options that help). The needs are growing, and there are some wonderful resources that have come to answer the needs. However, there are also some really bad people who see the opportunity to take advantage of people in their time of need. Just as we advice our clients to set down and make a list, we too, set down and seriously consider the people, their services and their objectives before we refer any of our clients to them as possible options.

It’s a given, there are no free rides, and the world evolves on profitability. However, as in all decisions pertaining to money, as responsible consumers there must always be consideration given to the value for the money spent, and what the ROI = return on investment is to us personally. Spectrum Resources has two resources proven to offer exceptional value. One that has proven itself over the years with excellent customer service, with average results of credit scores raised 50 to 100 points is Credit Justice Services. Probably why it’s listed in the nation’s top 4 credit repair businesses. They also offer a credit card modification plan and debt negotiation. And CJS is a big consumer rights advocate !

The other resource due to the mounting foreclosures, offers the three main elements to surviving a foreclosure. Named One Caboodle, they offer a HomePack package that includes education, the necessary forensic audit by attorneys, a selection of foreclosure defense attorneys and a money management software to maximize throughout the process, the monies you do have while not making full house payments.

Spectrum Resources feels strongly that ‘OPTIONS’ is the key to making changes. We continually research resources to offer our clients more options. There is a criteria we look to, but only time can build trust. After 7 years, we know the emotional strain on individuals and families facing credit, debt and home ownership issues, the reason why we select our resources with care, because foremost our goal is to serve our client’s needs.

“That Nagging Question Returns” Lessons In Debt, Credit And Home Ownership

You may have noticed how many commercials online advertising free credit reports, and how to get out of debt. They all make it sound real easy, and I assure you it is, if you have someone else make all the decisions for you while they are managing your money. But you have come to the conclusion that isn’t going to happen, so that nagging question returns….Why can’t I repair my own credit ? Please read on for the answer to that question and more.

Without saying, most people prefer to have options, and now you have a choice of which you want to be, either a teacher of credit repair or a student !

"OCTOBER 17 = IDENTITY THEFT AWARENESS DAY ! " Lessons In Debt, Credit, And Home Ownership

Saturday, October 17 is IDENTITY THEFT AWARENESS DAY ! Identity Theft is the # 1 fraud complaint in American, reporting over 27.3 + million victims. It's also the fastest growing crime in America creating this tremendous need for awareness. As a designated ‘holiday’ celebrate by shreding all of your old financial and personal documents. This is not a “Hallmark” occasion, it’s declared a special day because consumers have become so complacent with their personal information. Here are some options that may be new to you.

Medical identity theft is growing in popularity. It’s not only very expensive to receive bills that someone else has run up, it is extremely dangerous. When other people use your medical history, the medical files are changed to match the thief’s medical history. The danger of course occurs when you experience an unexpected emergency, and become a patient. Your medical records which should show your blood type, allegories, physical aspects of your medical history, if stolen, will not match you.

You make a medical identity theft happy when you discard into the trash old medicine bottles without taking off the prescription labels. The paper sacks that pharmacies prints all your information on and puts your meds inside is usually thrown out in the trash too. Get into the habit of requesting a free report every four months from a different credit reporting bureau: Equifax, Trans Union and Experian. You can receive your free credit reports from http://www.annualcreditreport.com/ and monitor your history from this site also.

Spectrum Resources provides the services of Identity Theft Risk Management & Resolution Case Planning. The objective of a case planner is to reduce your risk of becoming a victim. First providing you with education of the many ways that thieves use to obtain your information. You also would receive expert prevention information and guidance clearly explained how to spot a scam, actions to protect yourself and how to minimize your risk on a daily basis. There are powerful, yet easy to use preventative tools that will prepare you to take immediate and decisive action at the first hint of trouble.

The average identity theft case takes 175 hours and many hundreds of dollars to resolve, serious cases can take longer. A case planner can save you significant time, money and frustration, and resolve your case and restore your good name quickly.

Spectrum Resources has the mission to help you learn how to live inside your income, even when you have other people attempting to steal from that income. In addition to being a Identity Theft Risk Management & Resolution Case Planner, Spectrum Resources also offers counseling in debt, credit and home ownership.
